Human
the sun stands on its points and peeps
in the horizon from where
it awakes me from my sleep
with its gentle rays
they caress my chin
its morning breath feels cooling
I just have to let it in
into my secrets
I shed a tear from the past
the sun shed light on
that even though the sky
was heavily overcast
it never dissapeared
I try to find tenacity
I’m searching everywhere
I wonder if some one would spare
just a little
Human
I never thought I’ld be one
I never thought I would see the sun,
shining
Lover
I never thought I’ld be one
I never thought I would see the sun,
sun, shining
the light has been given out
me and my shadow reunite
I try to apologize
for leaving it behind
I feel the warmth of company
and wonder what it would be like
to have one sitting beside me
you know, one of my own kind
Human
I never thought I’ld be one
I never thought I would see the sun,
shining
Lover
I never thought I’ld be one
I never thought I would see the sun,
sun, shining
Human
I never asked to be one
I only wished to see the sun,
shining
Lover
I never thought I’ld be one
I never thought I would see the sun,
sun, shining
